We went back twice as Gemma's approach was great as compared to the other stores we visited. Product knowledge and friendliness was spot on, no pushiness or pressure, and we even had a cuppa!

The service was useful, friendly without any pressure. The matress was available when we wanted it (we'd been to Bensons for beds first but they couldnt delver when we wanted).

Shaun was very helpful and understood our needs. He explained the different mattress construction and the pro's and con's for our specific needs. We were offered tea or coffee. The delivery is within a week, which is excellent. The mattress take-away system is very good. Shaun explained the 40 day trial period, and the 10 year guarantee. He left no questions to ask.
