Mark placed an emphasis upon choosing the right mattress and pillow for us rather than pushing the most expensive product. He answered all questions that we had and clearly explained all of the features and benefits of each product. Mark insisted that we try lots of different mattresses and pillows then compare their comfort. We left the store feeling that we had the perfect bed for us and at the right price thanks to the half price sale. Mark was friendly, had great people skills and good product knowledge. He even picked up our baby's socks when she kicked them off across the store.

Mark served me in your Gloucester store, he was so so friendly and knowledgable of the products, explained my options and didn't miss out any details, explaining pros and cons of all the beds I was looking at.

Gemma, the advisor (HG45), was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the products was great. She took the time to find the comfort level I wanted and then took me through different products eliminating those I didn't like to find me my perfect mattress. Having visited a number of other bed shops, Gemma wasn't pushy and had a lot of patients.

The member of staff was very helpful giving advice, explanations and going out of his way to meet our specific needs, taking into consideration value for money and our time deadlines for delivery.
