I found what i wanted at a reasonable price.

The sales represantative (Jay) was very knowledgable and friendly. He took time to listen to what we wanted and advised us accordingly and gave us advice for products that would better suit us. He helped us pick suitable pillows for our sleeping posture and was extremely helpful. We were very happy with the service and would definitely come back for further purchases.

When we arrived in store we were not immediately hassled by the sales assistant. She approached us after about 5 mins of entering the store and asked if she could be of assistance and that if we did need any help to give her a shout. After about a further 5 mins we asked her to provide us with some information about mattresses, which she was very professional in doing imparting full information and knowledge. She was able to advise the cost of each package and the optional extras without being "pushy". The only down side was the time taken to confirm the purchase (slow internet/processing speeds).

The chap really got to know my needs. We were offered cups of tea/coffee and were encouraged to try a variety. There was no pressure to buy at that time.

The shop was clean and tidy, well laid out and the goods easily accessed, it looked inviting. The attendant Gemma was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or over bearing. There was a very good selection of goods on show and we were encouraged to try them all until we found one that suited us. The prices were higher than I thought they would be but I have not purchased a mattress for many years so I am out of touch regarding cost

I was served by Gemma Higgins, a very pleasant and knowledgable staff member. I really appreciated her discretion when I walked into the store, I was the only customer for a little while and I always dread being pounced and given the hard sell. Gemma gave me great advice when I told her what sort of mattress I was looking for and I took her advice and was very happy with what I decided to buy. No pressure selling, just sound advice and with a smile. I would definitely recommend the store. Thanks.
