Dreams - Gloucester

My husband and I received a very good and high welcome when we arrived through the door ,the service was excellent ,we will recommend you to all my family and friends. We are now looking forward to trying out the new mattress when it arrives. Thank you.

We visited the store in Gloucester and were immediately greeted by Shaun. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained the colour coding of the products and was very keen to understand exactly what it was we were looking for. He really listened and was able to show us a good range of products. We found exactly what we wanted and he was very good in giving us some private time to discuss our purchase and make sure we were 100% happy. At no time did we feel pressured into buying anything. Shaun is a valuable employee of Dreams.

The assistant who helped me at the store was wonderful. He really made the experience very easy and pleasurable. We had just been to another bed store and the choice and prices at Dreams was 100 times better. I would definitely return and recommend.

I enjoyed the friendly experience. Gemma (Gloucester branch) was helpful and knowledgeable of the the bed products. That help me to convice me to buy the bed from dreams.

Assistant helpful but not pushy.

Found the right mattress that we were looking for. It meet our needs. We offered matching pillowes for the mattress which were very comftable.

Very helpful sales staff member (Mark), allowed us plenty of time to assess different mattresses, was clearly knowledgeable about the products which gave us the confidence to purchase the products. At no time did we feel pressurised to make any purchase.

The sales assistant (Jay) was helpful from the moment we walked into store, he wasn't pushy and offered us the help and advise we were looking for. He was friendly and approachable and it felt as though nothing was too much trouble. He even offered us a cup of tea. Brilliant customer service.

Customer service was Amazing , the warranty on the item is great quick easy visit and a free mattress protector !!
