Dreams - Gloucester

Shaun was helpful without being intrusive, gave us the information we wanted and then allowed us to make our own decision.

The sales advisor took us through the various ranges of beds and explained everything clearly without rushing us. There is a lot of choice with Dreams but I am happy I have chosen the right type of bed.

Shaun looked after us when we bought our first bed in Dreams not only did he remember us on this visit, but he couldn't have been more helpful. Very positive experience couldn't recommend it more.

A good selection to choose from and we found exactly what we needed

We found exactly what we were looking for with great help from your assistant. We did intend visiting other stores before deciding on our bed, but soon found that there was no need.

I had a very polite and kind assistant at dreams who showed me everything that I asked and had the patient with my child when he was running around. When choosing my product he gave me time to think about what I wanted. I was never pushed into anything. Showed me all I asked and what I neede to know. His name was mark from the Gloucester branch and was a pleasure to deal with. When I need more beds will go back and recommend again

The item required was available in store to test and approve, every means of help was provided to ensure that we were fully satisfied with our choice, no pressure was put on us in any way to change this decision , however a great deal of information and help were provided by your member of staff to enable a final and satisfactory choice to be made -we were entirely pleased with the service and courtesy provided in every way. many thanks.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to choose the right mattress for us. She gave us sound advice and was really friendly but not pushy. I think she was called Gemma.
