Was pleased with the knowledge and approachability of the employees, they were all very friendly, and took note of what we were looking for. Would highly recommend them as a store to visit.

The knowledge of the member of staff was very good and they really drilled down into the detail of what we required and explained why a certain mattress was not suitable for your young son.

I would have just picked an extra firm mattress without a thought. When I explained to your colleague that I needed a bed to use downstairs after my hip replacement he was able to explain that I would find it far too uncomfortable after surgery. I hadn't even thought about this. As I am going to be sleeping downstairs for some weeks I really appreciated the help that I was given. I will probably be returning for a headboard now that I've worked out where to put the bed when it is delivered.

The range of products was excellent and the staff were very helpful is assisting us without being too pushy. The atmosphere was relaxed and we fely able to take time to look around before making a final choice. The assistant was helpful in pointing out additional items that we find of interest.

Shaun was extremely knowledgeable - allowed us time to make an informed decision and was not pushy in any way. Explained various features and provided excellent guidance. Very impressed with his overall salesmanship.

Gemma the sales assistant was not pushy, just polite, listened to my requirements and addressed my needs professionally. She took her time to explain everything including delivery and assembly.
