I explained what I required and the salesman immediately found what I required. I did not see any sign of sale items inspite of TV adverts but as it did not apply to the mattress I required so I did not mention it.

The sales assistant listened to what we were looking for and directed us to exactly what we wanted without all the fuss, thus reducing the need to trawl though all the various options we did not need. Made the whole experience much enjoyable for a reluctant shopper, well done!

Your colleague was very helpful and extremely knew his products well. He was able to offer advice and guidelines. Ordering was speedy with delivery due in less than a week.

The advisor was friendly, empathic and knowledgeable. Advice was freely offered and I felt that my needs were listened to and in some instances anticipated. An altogether pleasant and enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to my new bed with every confidence that all will be well.

Shaun was welcoming and extremely polite. He explained the layout of the store and colour coding, as well as the make up of the different mattresses, this gave us direction with out any hassle. When we needed help he was there, with clear detail on each mattress we asked about . After a short time we returned to the shop to purchase a mattress. Shaun made it a straight forward pleasant transaction. He is a credit to your company.

We visited the store about a month ago looking for a new bed & mattress & my partner knew what he wanted but couldn't explain it! Shaun was extremely patient with us & led is around the store trying all different types of mattresses & pillows! We narrowed it down to 2 mattresses & today went back in to see Shaun who remembered us & we purchased one of the mattresses! We fell in love with a bed too but unfortunately it was out of our price range!

Jason, the member of staff that served me, was very informative about the bed and mattress, I was looking at. This is only the second bed I have ever purchased. I found him to be very informative and knowledgeable about the products in store.
