The assistant "Jay" was helpful and knowledgable about the product we were interested in. He used no pushy sales talk or made us feel uncomfortable at all. He seemed very confident in the sale of our purchase and advised us on everything that matters. Also he was brilliant with our children and had patience.

It was a very enjoyable experience,something I don't normally say about shopping.Shaun the salesman was very helpfully gave us all the information and time and did not rush us to make a decision,he made it easy for us to make a decision due to his product knowledge and easy going attitude for us he made shopping at your store a pleasure.Please pass on our comments to Shaun

After walking into the store we were left to ourselves to look at the products and weren't interrupted until we asked for assistance and staff were very helpful in helping us to purchase the chosen bed and not pressured at any time

We wanted 2 mattress delievered before Christmas and the service help and advice from shaun meant we will be having our product in time for Christmas. Very polite,professional and exceed my customer expectations. There is a Bensons beds next door to your unit and after 10 minutes in your store because of Shaun we stayed and purchased the items from Dreams

This was my husband and I's first time of purchasing a matress ever and the store assistant was very helpful and we ended up buying a VERY comfortable matress.
