The assistant was extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable. He could have sold me a more expensive product than the one I eventually bought - my needs were more important to him than making the sale, which was great.

The salesman Shaun approached us gave all the info we wanted was polite and could not have been more helpful. He fully explained all the options of cover should we require that provision.

Friendly efficient and helpful service. Good range of alternatives to sample to assist in selecting the ptions chosen. Not rushed or pushed into anything. Given time to consider before coming to a decison.

Not pounced upon when entering the store and browsing. However, Jay was available immediattely once we were ready to discuss our options and our purchases. Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgable.
