We were not rushed into making any decisions and throughout were given comprehensive information about the products on display.

The helpfulness of your member of staff, who talked us through the products and his suggestions. That staff person was Shaun.

Professional and friendly staff, willing to listen, not a pressured sale, more interest shown in our requirements than commission. Our 3 year old needed the toilet during our visit and the staff were more than accommodating. Computer software problems during our visit were handled exceptionally well.

The product I wanted was front and centre, the staff were on hand to assist me with my purchase and were not robotic.

We knew what our individual needs were regarding a new bed we had excellent help from Jay at the store, he was informative without being pushy, we liked the way he kept coming back to us and advising us when appropriate but also giving us the time we needed to discuss our requirements in private.
