Michelle was very friendly and funny she told me all I needed to know then left me decide when I was ready to buy she was very eficiant

Jay was extremely helpful during our visit and very knowledgable about the stores products. We felt at ease trying out the mattresses and under no pressure at any time

The salesman name was Jay and was very polite , he was MOST helpful and is a credit to your company . The whole time I was advised and shown various products . He at no time put ANY pressure on myself to buy and is a true credit to your company . I will in the future be back to purchase from your company as and when I or my family require .

The 2 members of staff we dealt with were most helpful without doing the Hard Sale bit. We were just left to lie on the bed with a cup of tea supplied by them. Michelle assisted by her comedy side kick Jason were the staff who engaged with us. Considering we were only browsing Michelle did a fine job in parting us with our cash.

Dreams colleague Shaun's knowledge of the products and how best to select and try suitable products is excellent. We were encouraged to try a range of mattresses, with suitably sized pillows provided. Having narrowed the choice to two, we were encouraged to take as long as we wished to appraise them.

We were given time to look around rather than being pounced on as soon as we walked through the door! Mark was able to answer all our questions and give us advice when we needed it. He let us come to our own decision and gave us plenty of time to do this. We did not feel rushed or harassed and felt we had made our decision based an informed balanced choice rather than be given a hard sell! We were made to feel welcome and encouraged to test out the mattresses, we even got a cup of tea! Everything was explained to us. We found it an enjoyable experience - which shopping should be!

It was good to have a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable person to asssit with our purchase.
