We were assisted by James who was friendly, knowledgeable and understood our requirements. He explained the purpose of the sleep test machine and how the results equated to the mattresses recommended for us. He was very patient and let us try mattresses several times until we came to a decision. He answered any questions we had. We felt very confident in his product knowledge.
