Michelle within the store was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to make my decision.

Michelle, the sales assistant was really helpful from the start, she was patient, honest and I found her helpfulness outstanding.

I felt the aim of the sales person was to get the right bed and mattress for me. It did not feel like pressure selling at all.

On entering the store we were approached by a Mark who dealt with us in a very professional and helpful manner. He ascertained what we were looking for and showed us the beds that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable and gave us time to make a decision.

On arriving at the store we were greeted by Shaun who quickly and efficiently advised us on the different levels of comfort and pricing on the beds. When we arrived there were 6 customers in the store; and Shaun was the only staff member there. He did apologise for this and told us that the other staff member would be in shortly, having had to go to the doctors. In spite of this he handled all of the other members of the public, including us; extremely, politely and efficiently. Dreams should be extremely proud to have him in their employ.

the member of staff, Shaun was extremely helpful while not being overpowering or in any way "pushy". In fact he made the point that he was available if and when we needed him but did not wish to "hover over us" which siuted us fine

The assistant Mark, was very friendly, able to answer questions that we had to put mind at rest on contradictory information from competitors. It was good to be left to make final choices and decision before being able to sit down and go through the ordering.

We were provided with the right level of information and assistance without the manager being pushy and he appeared well educated in what our needs were. His attitude towards was extremely pleasant and he allowed us time on our own to look around the shop without unnecessarily interrupting us during our visit. Shaun was one of the reasons why we made a purchase from Dreams.

Shaun took a lot of time with us, listened and gave good advice. he knows what he is talking about but didn't try and sell to us, but in the end we spent twice what we were anticipating but very happy with that and made a good decision.

Shaun was really helpful and spent time listening to our needs, showing us beds and then giving us space to think. Lots of good quality beds in store made choosing difficult as we liked so many!!
