The Sales Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At no time did he push us in to making a decision and left us on our own to arrive at our decision.

Paid a visit to Gloucester specially to look in Dreams for a new double bed. We swear by Dreams for quality and price, our 2 other beds are also from Dreams. I was absolutely thrilled at every aspect of my shopping experience today, I not only received first class service but had an absolute bargain.

The sakes person was very knowledgeable, took her time to explain everything, left us alone and encouraged us to try all the beds in the range. Gave us a very welcome cup of coffee

After a few minutes spent looking around the store we were greeted warmly by Sean. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products he showed us. Nothing was too much trouble and his manner at all times was friendly and polite. we would certainly recommend him to others.
