Lovely girl so friendly advised me and my mum so well...amazing service .... She made us feel special as i didint have a clue about buying a bed before lived her

I had pre researched my purchase before coming into store, however Mark was very helpful without being intrusive, he did not push the up selling excessively (we bought pillows and the additional cover). The staff provided a friendly and personal service, without being overbearing. And they didn't mind our little one trying out every single bed in the store (she's not getting a tempur no matter how nicely she's asking!)

The assistant was very helpful and answered all our questions, she allowed space and time to look at all of the products that interested us. We felt that the whole process was pleasant and no pressure applied, we would recommend dreams to friends and family

We were looking for a single bed for our 5 year old granddaughter who was with us in store. Your assistant Michelle was most helpful and was very friendly, informative and never 'pushy'. Michelle (aided by our grandaughter!)helped us make the final choice which was a really lovely experience. We will certainly use Dreams again!

Jay provided amazing advice. He was clearly very experienced. He knew instantly when something wasn't quite right and offered the correct alternatives straight away. Great attitude and a pleasure to to business with. He's a credit to your firm.

The sales assistant gave honest feedback based on sound knowledge. They did not try and push the highest price items first, instead they focused on our needs.

The displays were very well laid out and easy to decide the particular design and firmness group required very quickly. The staff were extremely helpful without being pushy, offering advice when needed, but leaving us to make our own decision. When we had selected our beds the purchase procedure was efficiently carried out by the very friendly staff. Overall an enjoyable visit and purchase at a fair price.
