Excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Sales Assistance couldn't do enough to help us. We were really cold from coming in from the outside and they made us a cup of coffee. Only a small thing but very much appreciated. They left us alone to make up our minds and only came forward when we asked for assistance - they got it just right. They gave us their full attention at all times without being pushy.

The quality of customer service was very good.

As soon as we entered the shop we were welcome by the store manager who was extremely helpful to my parents , very friendly good fun and not at all pushy to sell , my parents both commented straight away how nice he was and didn't want to go to any other bed shops they were happy to shop there straight away
