Dreams - Gloucester

Jay our salesman was very knowledgeable, gave us information then left us to try some beds out, gave us tempur pillows to carry round which were amazing, ended up buying them as well 🙂

I found salesman Jay very helpful indeed as were the two men who delivered and assembled my bed today. They couldn't have been more helpful as I haven't been very well and so they put the green plastic bag on my old bd for me. Nothng was too much trouble and they arrived in excellent time, even earlier than advised.

The staff member who took care of us,was very knowledgeable, helpful,courteous and friendly. Never making us feel pressurised or intimidated. He explained, in as much detail as we needed, the proper procedure of assessing our own mattress requirements, and the fact it didn't necessarily mean,most expensive was best. But what was right for us,was right for us.

The manager was really helpful but left us alone for a while to try the beds. He was there if we needed him but not in your face. He was also genuinely friendly and helpful . Very pleased with our purchases

On my first visit to the Gloucester store to look at the bed I'd seen online, as I walked in the door with my daughter Shaun greeted us. He went through various bed & mattress options that I might want to consider. He made some welcomed suggestions & gave me price options that I subsequently discussed with my husband back home. Within a week of my first visit my husband & I returned to the store to purchase the recommended bed & mattress, which Mark processed for us. He explained everything thoroughly with a very personable manner & we left the store with every confidence the delivery would go as explained to us.

We entered the store thinking it would take ages to decide on what to buy but the assistance of the staff helped us to make a decision rather quickly. I was very impressed with the choice of beds on offer.

id been out looking this Particular Morning already had some Not very good Service And couldn't be Bothered attitude, So was really pleased when I walked in with my friend to Dreams and found a totally different approach , it just made my morning so much better, the service , beds, and once I found a bed getting delivery quite soon was an extra bonus , thanks Dreams

We were greeted by Jay, who made us feel very welcome. He had a great sense of humour and was very knowledgable about the products.

It was a good experience and help was on hand as soon as we needed it. Everything was explained to us and Mark who served us was excellent.
