Highly satisfied as service was brilliant, for a change nice to have a sales person with knowledge, very helpful & friendly

The sale assistant recommend not to buy the mattress we were looking at but another one which was a little bit cheaper Also we could take it away with us which was ideal plus we saved the £30 delivery charge, so we left the store feeling happy and that we had saved money.

I was served by Michelle and Mark who really listened to what I wanted - I'm very happy with the bed I purchased thanks to the help of the Gloucester staff

We found exactly what we were looking for, checked it out with the assistant, Michelle and got it ordered very quickly indeed. We were no more than half an hour at most in the shop and the price was excellent.

Excellent service, sales assistant had good knowledge of products, allowed to try all products, not pushed into making a purchase.

The Store Manager (Shaun) was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the products we were interested in. Additionally, he was particularly attentive and polite, which made our experience within the store a pleasant one.

We were met by Shaun within minutes of entering the shop. We explained what we wanted and were shown to the beds he thought were suitable. We then purchased the beds and a double mattress. We were shown to his desk where we purchased the items.he explained about the delivery date and what would happen. We were happy with the way Shaun presented himself and would be happy to visit dreams again!

Jay was patience and not at all pushy. All staff friendly.
