Good staff knowledge and prices, staff not too pushy, good guarantees and trial period, good display range, good delivery options

The staff member was fully knowledgeable. He was able to assess our needs and make good suggestions. He left us to try out different mattresses he recommended and then return and talk more in detail about the relevant choices. The order was speedy and the delivery date is within a week!

We came looking for a matress while we were looking an assistant came over to see if she could help and was very helpfull the prices were as i would believe are the same as other stores all in all a good experience even though we spent more than we woukd have liked

Mark was very helpful let us wander and was always on hand with advice when needed. Was friendly ,helpful but not pushy, gave us time to be sure we had made the right decision. The offer of tea was most welcome

We were given time to try out various styles of mattress until we found one that suited our needs. We were also introduced to the best pillows you can get.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. All staff were very friendly and Jason who helped us choose and purchase our bed, was very helpful and full of knowledge. We felt in safe hands

Jay was extremely helpful, i had my two young brothers with me and he kept them chatting and occupied my entire visit. He even went as far as taking my items that i purchased to my car for me.
