Shaun was very knowledgeable and could point us in the direction of the most suitable products. He gave us time to browse and try the different mattresses so that we could make our own choice as to the most suitable. He explained the headboard and drawer options. All in all a very pleasant experience. I can't fault Shaun. He was excellent. Only one criticism for Dreams as a retailer. For the amount spent I would have expected more than just one pillow as a free gift. I purchased a double bed and a single bed and it would be made my experience more enjoyable if I had received free pillows for the double bed as well as just one for the single bed. I understand that Shaun was acting within his limits but those limits need to be open to interpretation if the customer is showing signs of disappointment.

Initially given information as to the colour coding of the beds and then left to try out various beds without interference. When assistance was sought staff were immediately on hand with advice in a pleasant and helpful manner with no hard sell.

Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy. She was there when we needed her and gave us all the3 help we needed.

I was served with great efficiency and courtesy. Product knowledge was excellent. There was no hard sell and was invited to try each bed and take my time when choosing to make sure I was happy with my choice. Terms and conditions were made very clear and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the store and would certainly return again and again. The store manager Shaun was brilliant and a credit to the company.

Shaun was a very pleasant, knowledgeable man who explained about the products on view and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He allowed us to browse at will but was there to help as needed. Really happy with the purchase we made.

Michelle was my assistant. She was very, very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me confidence in the mattress and pillows I bought. Plus how to clean my base and headboard. I was undecided and she put my mind to rest. I was able then to choose and spent more than I should have.

We found the assistant asked for exactly what we were looking for and then gave us options to peruse in our own times. The products were good quality at affordable prices

Michelle was very helpful listening to our needs. Michelle was able to take us to the perfect mattress when we described what we wanted out of it. We were debating wether to go with a standard sleigh bed or a sleigh bed with a tv. The only reason we were looking at a standard sleigh bed was due to the fact we thought the tv sleigh bed would be complicated. Michelle took time and explained how easy it is to set up and there aren't wires going every where (which was our main concern). Michelle made us feel welcome and whilst making the big decision she made us a lovely cup of tea whilst my partner and I discussed the options. We didn't feel pressured in making a quick decision which many companies do.
