When visiting the store we were greeted and explained about the beds and mattresses. We were left to have a look around and staff member was very approachable.

Due to health problems we have it necessary to change from double to single beds, therefore requiring information on the availability of types.The assistant was extremely helpful in showing us the options and the differing mattresses and headboards available. We were highly impressed with his knowledge giving us confidence to do business with your company.

The Manager , SHAWN, was helpful and knowledgeable throughout. He helped , without pushing , us to come to a decision . This is a large purchase and I would commend him for his professional service during our visit. He is a credit to your company . We look forward to the delivery of our new bed.

The team was friendly and took the time to show and explain everything I was buying. Shaun also was clear on delivery times and what I could expect. The ordering process was quick but I was allowed to still ask questions, take a second look. Etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful whilst at the same time in no way putting any pressure on to make a decision or indeed buy anything. Willing to present options which maybe I hadn't thought of. Very helpful without being intrusive, making looking, browsing and buying a real pleasure. It took two visits to Dreams to purchase the bed and and both occassions the staff were superb.

Jessica was more than helpful, and was very patient, as we tried to decide upon the model and grade of mattress. She made herself very aware of what we required and was able, proficiently and very professionally, to answer all our queries, and to show us all the alternatives, with their comparisons. Her personality was very open and engaging, and made the whole process, from selection to finalising the deal, most pleasing.

Immediately we entered the store we were approached by very pleasant staff, helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable and able to advise regarding product detail, choices available, suggest what may best suit our requirements, let us browse at leisure trying beds, and then completed the transaction efficiently in a friendly manner. the lay out of the store. the helpfulness of the staff. the quality of the products. this was the second purchase I have made from this store and it was because of the afore mentioned details I returned to make this purchase. no doubt I shall return again

Very friendly, welcoming staff especially Shaun who assisted me directly / personally. He listened to my needs and asked me revealing questions to help me realise what I really wanted. Then showed me various options taking all of that into account so I could come up with an informed decision to match my needs, budget and desired delivery date.
