Staff were courteous,informative and extremely helpful in assisting us to make our purchases. Many thanks to Sean and Jay in the Gloucester Store.

Jessica was helpful and knowledgeable without being "pushy". We felt well looked after.

Visited your Gloucester branch and was met by Michelle who we found to be very helpful, her product knowledge convinced us she knew what she was talking about. for me (male) I do not like shopping but Michelle made this shopping experience quite painless.

Shaun - the man that assisted us was so informative and friendly. He really helped us understand the beds and mattresses, colour availability, options and even explained other products like pillows etc which make such a difference to a good nights sleep. But he also left us alone to browse for as long as we wanted and we were offered cups of tea - everyone was just so friendly and helpful.

The store assistant was very helpful. He had a great knowledge of the products. He never followed us around but was always on hand to answer questions which these days is a breath of fresh air. I dislike pushy sales staff. This was not the case in this store. A very good experience.

Very helpful staff and not pestering for a sale.

On our first experience at dreams we were greeted by the store manager, Shaun. His expert knowledge was very valuable and helped us to make our decision. His professionalism in explaining the different designs, makes and comfort ratings of mattresses made an enjoyable experience. At no point during this time did we feel pressured into making any purchase. We were given time to mull things over and make our own decisions. We would definitely recommend this store, and return when needed.

The sales assistant that helped us was Jay and he gave us a vast amount of information that we didn't realise affects your posture whilst trying to sleep. We would have just brought anything that felt ok, but not necessarily the correct mattress, so thank you for that. He was extremely helpful with a good rapport with my wife and myself. He made our experience @ Dreams a pleasure.
