Sean was excellent. Personable and courteous. He listened to what we wanted, explained what was on offer and discussed alternatives without us feeling under pressure to buy something else as so many salesmen do. We were most impressed with the service and pleased with our purchases.

Shaun at Dreams Gloucester was brilliant, he made himself available, told us about the mattresses then left us to it to try them out, wasn't pushy but very knowledgeable and came back when I was ready to choose. Happy with my choice but knowing I could change my mind within 40 days made it all the more easier to choose Dreams, as it is a huge investment. Very very happy.

Michelle was friendly and knowledgable. She answered questions in a down to earth but professional manner and I felt confident in her knowledge and interest in helping us find a suitable mattresss.

We were warmly welcomed by Michelle as soon as we entered the store. She listened to my husbands needs regarding his spinal problems and gave us satisfactory advice. We were well looked after during our stay in the store and felt confident to place an order for a new mattress.

We had an idea of the sort of bed we were looking for, but the help and information we were given by Jay was brilliant. His knowledge was excellent and he was able to help us without making us feel under pressure at all. We were encouraged to spend as much time as we felt we needed trying the different types of beds and we were also given pillows to try which were recommended to meet our individual needs (we were so impressed with the pillows, we bought them as well!). We were offered complimentary tea and coffee which was pleasant and helped us not to feel rushed into decision making. We felt we were given well informed and unbiased information, never feeling like we were being steered to any specific make or price range. Jay was friendly (without being over the top), and very imformative.

I would like to say that jessica at the gloucester dreams store was very helpful and informative about what we were buying and made us feel welcomed. We knew what we wanted as we went in to look before making a discussion. We also brought pillows and a mattress and jessica was very good in letting us try and making suggestions to what would benefit our needs.

as soon as we walked in we were greeted, we were given time to look around without being jumped on. We were served by the store manager Shaun. he was very helpful and polite, we were offered a drink whilst looking around also whilst completing the paperwork. Shaun also included bedding items as the bed we purchased was on clearance and slightly damaged of which we were made aware of. The following day when we collected the bed/mattress Shaun helped take everything to the van. we were totally happy with the service we received and would recommend Dreams to anyone. Well done to Shaun and his staff

The manager approached and welcomed us, introduced himself then left us to browse. 10 minutes later, he came back, offered us a cup of coffee, asked if we had found anything we were looking for, then after getting the coffee, spent the next 40 minutes with us. He went through the items we were looking for, offering advice in a very friendly and knowledgeable way, making the experience a very good one.
