Dreams - Gloucester

Very attentive staff without being OTT. Not impressed with delivery charge on top of product price. I see that on line delivery charge is free so what is the difference you still have to deliver. Surely it would be more ethical to include delivery charge in the price.

We were advised in the Gloucester branch by a gentleman called Jay, he was very very good and made it a pleasant experience.

A well presented store with a welcoming atmosphere. Bright, clean, tidy and the layout enabled ease of movement between beds. Items clearly labelled. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They weren't pushy, allowed us to try out the different mattress in our own time but were on hand to offer welcome advice and guidance as we needed it. We were served by Michelle. We bought a mattress and Michelle dealt with the sale quickly and efficiently, explaining everything. She made us feel valued customers. Thank you The offer of refreshment is a good idea - we took advantage. Would recommend this store to others

The Salesman Jay was so helpful and knowledgeable. This was not our first visit as we could not decide we had spoken to Jay 2wks prior and he had remembered are needs and reservations, there were no 'sales pressure' just a very helpful person. thank you Jay

Within the 2 hours we spent in the store we came away with the right product which is being delivered to our home within the next 5 days. Brilliant
