Dreams - Gloucester

We walked in to the store and was able to walk around looking at all the beds without anybody pouncing on us and when we looked over to the Sales Assistant when we wanted to start asking questions she came straight over to us and answered all our questions in regard to the different ratings in firmness, coverings & type of springs in a positive and helpful manner and gave us a full explanation of the difference between the various terms of firmness displayed on the sale boards.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Michelle who talked me threw everything. Soo helpful and honest,made me feel at ease instantly. Great service. Really impressed.

Staff gave me a little while to look around the store before approaching me - good! Shaun could not have been more helpful in helping me choose the most suitable mattress and could answer all my questions. Purchasing and arranging a delivery to suit me was very efficiently handled by Michelle.

Greeted with a smile when entering store. Allowed time to have a look around at various mattresses. Shaun approached and asked if I needed help and them provided it without being pushy or trying to give me the 'hard sell'. Once mattress was chosen, Michelle processed payment and arranged delivery (to suit me) very efficiently. Both staff we great. Shame that Store itself is a bit shabby!

We went into the Gloucester Branch to look at beds and mattresses originally but we fell in love with some bedroom furniture. Jay came over to ask if we needed any help. We said we were just looking and he replied if you need anything just let me know. We later asked him for help. Jay was very helpful and not at all pushy wish we really appreciated. We had to go away and do some measuring of our bedroom for the bedroom furniture and in the end we went into the branch 4 times and always dealt with Jay. He was always extremely helpful and polite and in the end we ordered the bedroom furniture. We then told Jay we wanted to buy a bed and mattress. Jay showed us some different beds/mattresses and we was very impressed with his knowledge. Jay took the time to explain different mattresses to us and never once in all the visits did he try to rush us. We then also ordered a bed and mattress with Jay. We was very impressed with Jay of his knowledge and how professional he was, not once did we feel pressured into buying anything and would certainly recommend Dreams to family and friends.
