Dreams - Gloucester

We visited your store and spoke to michelle in the gloucester branch, she was very helpful , no pressure on the sale , made myself a coffee which was lovely and made my 4 year old a drink as well . She was very patient ,helpful and very knowledgeable. this is the second bed we have purchased and would highly recommend using this store again to anyone .

Sales people very friendly and helpful. You also stocked and sold what we needed - a bed base without headboard or mattress.

Michelle was so helpful and knew all about the products, she understood what we were looking for and was refreshingly honest and not pushy. We were able to try out different mattresses and toppers and Michelle was not bothered when we kept changing our minds! The service we received was outstanding and I will be recommending Dreams to all my friends and family!!

From entering the store we was looked after and taken on a tour of all the beds what the signs meant we was also left to wander around without hassle answered all our questions even found a pillow for myself to use offered us refreshments the sales person is a credit to your store and it was a great pleasure finding a bed and mattress.

Knowing what we wanted to purchase, we chose Dreams as our first store to visit knowing that there was another bed store next to it. When we entered, with 3 children, we saw an array of beds/mattresses and felt a little confused to say the least. We were approached by a member of staff on arrival.
