Dreams - Gloucester

Great helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. We are pensioners and every penny counts so we were impressed that Jess and Michelle did not try to talk us into products that were beyond our budget and requirements. They welcomed our visit to Bensons Beds next door to Dreams without fear that the prices and quality of your products would be exceeded by them. They were dead right, Bensons had a choice of one bed, we were ignored by the one member of staff until I approached her, a decidedly different experience to Dreams. We cannot comment on the durability of the product until it we receive and road test it but we like the idea of the mattress exchange if dissatisfied with the comfort and we have taken out the extended guarantee.

We were assisted by Shaun who we found to be very friendly and polite extremely knowledgeable and a credit to your company. We were looking for a kingsize mattress for ourselves and a double mattress for our 11yr old daughter, shaun assisted us with professionalism once satisfied with our choice he assisted our daughter with the same courtesy and professionalism he showed us, which was very nice to see as to many salespeople will ignore the child and only speak with the adults and her sleep comfort is as important as ours.

The assistant Shaun was very attentive, as soon as we walked into the store, this was despite they were short staffed due to sickness, we were given all the information we requested and offered refreshment. Thank you.

Jessica was very helpful with our purchase and showed us all the mattress and answered all our questions. Would like to say Jessica is a assets to the company

The salesman Jay was knowledgeable, he wasn't pushy and encouraged us to try all of the beds in the adjustable range without pushing the most expensive.

Michelle was readily available to help, had good knowledge and was very friendly.

We were treated the way in which you would expect to be treated if you are spending several thousand pounds. The worker was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped at all times to give a very nice experience for both myself and my wife

Michelle and Jess were great although I was only buying a cheap single mattress but the girls were really helpful and I was happy to part with my money.

We were highly satisfied after making 2 visits to Dreams over the past week. We went Monday evening to order the chosen bed and Michelle who dealt with us was lovely. Can't wait to have our new bed delivered on Monday!

Jessica was extremely helpful assisting us as we visited the Gloucester store. She knew alot about the beds and could advise us what would work best for us. Very friendly and I wish her luck with her wedding in November which coincidently we are also getting married then! Very happy with our experience.
