Very helpful and friendly staff, with excellent knowledge of mattresses and gave great advice. Nothing was too much trouble and cared about your experience in store. Shaun was especially helpful and friendly, he spent time making sure we had the best mattress for our needs and requirements.

We visited the Gloucester store on Saturday, knowing nothing other than that we needed a new mattress for our bed. We were served by Jay who was friendly, engaging and clearly very knowledgeable. He asked us questions so that he could make some recommendations on what we needed, then provided us with correctly matched pillows so that we could take as long as we needed to try out the various mattresses on display. We were offered refreshments. All our questions were ably answered and never felt under any pressure to buy or make a decision there and then, but we were able to choose our ideal mattress. All in all, a very pleasant experience and we can't wait to take delivery of our new mattress!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Jay at the Gloucester branch was amazing and a credit to the store. He took time to find out our needs and went above and beyond to do so. His knowledge about the flaxby range was outstanding and made further recommendations for the other half as he has an injury to his shoulder and we purchased a tempura pillow which has been amazing. Jay is a credit to dreams ,outstanding service will return again and highly recommend him and the Gloucester branch to everyone

I found Shaun Gomes very approachable and knowledgeable around my specific needs as i was unsure of certain products especially mattresses.

Michelle was so patient with explaining differences between the mattresses. There was no pushy salesmanship which was highly appreciated. She made us comfortable and welcome with her warm,easy nature. By the time we left we were extremely happy with the service and products we had trialed. Superb cup of quality coffee while we deliberated made the whole experience super. Thank you so much to Michelle for her care and patience...much appreciated!
