Extremely good advice, very helpful and professional. A good atmosphere between the staff and coffe served in China mugs.

Shaun your sales person was calm knew all the products and give us time and space to decide. His warm and non pressure manner (something I dread from sales people) allowed my wife and I to decide and eventually purchase a premium product. We spent two hours deciding and wouldn't have done so if the environment wasn't right. Thank you

We had visited a number of different shops looking for a suitable bed before your shop was suggested and were finding it a wearisome and frustrating search. However upon visiting your shop the contrast could not have been greater between the earlier venues and yourselves. The lady we spoke to was friendly, helpful and obviously very knowledgeable about her products. She made us feel at ease, asked about our requirements, offered suggestions and nothing seemed too much trouble. We were very impressed with her and thrilled with our purchase. Having been to your store I can honestly say we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
