We were served by James who was very helpful, he listened to our needs but also gave us ideas of alternatives. We visited other bed stores nearby before ordering but his knowledge of your products was over and above the other theirs and was a main reason for us returning to you.

This was my second visit to purchase an item. Sales assistant James was excellent again. Very knowledgable and helpful.

Taku was very knowledgable about 5e products showed us the sleep match bed and helped guide us towards our dream bed.

Shaun who dealt with us was very friendly, and had a great knowledge of the mattress we were after. He adhered to all social distancing measures and sanitised everything that we touched and provided fantastic customer service. He even gave us a coffee to take with us as we were leaving! Will 100% recommend!
