The salesperson took time to understand our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products and made very good recommendations.

Shaun the salesperson was very helpful , from the moment we entered the store we were welcomed with a happy good morning and made to feel comfortable.He gave us all the right advice and time to try the beds he was most helpful in in explaining the difference in the quality of the beds and the comfort of them We found exactly what we wanted for both of us.

Michelle was very helpful and was able to recommend what i needed for comfort for my daughter as well as being friendly and professional.

because Michelle knew exactly what I needed for my 12 year old daughter and she showed us a few different types of mattresses so we could decide which would be best for my growing daughter.

Michelle was very prompt and knowledgable with her approach to us and had a great conversation with us to ensure she understood our needs, after making us coffee and discussing specific requirements she left us alone to discuss this amongst ourselves. When we made our decision she was readily available and assisted us with placing our order.

Jessica showed good overall knowledge of the products and steered us to exactly what we were after. Whilst in your store, we also spotted a larger bed which we may purchase in the future thanks to Jessica and her informed and open responses to our questions.

Staff extremely helpful and was able to get just what we wanted.

Very helpful staff but not at all pushy. Liked the fact types of beds were explained to us and we were then able to browse at leisure without feeling pressurised.

The salesman, Shaun, was very knowledgeable about all the products and whilst he gave us lots of information, he also gave us time on our own to discuss and reflect to make a decision. If it wasn't for his engaging manor, we would have gone to Bensons next door to compare prices but decided to make a purchase there and then instead.
