Staff very helpful in assisting with very good knowledge of their products, without pressurizing for a sale. Ask us for any special requirements and showed us the options available, which was very helpful as my wife has a back problem. Left us to sample and re-sample options on our own before making a decision.

Jay the man who helped me pick my bed,he was very nice and helpful and let me try a few matterus before I decided witch one to get,he explained all the different types of matterus's and witch one would be best for me,very helpful and I'm very pleased with the one I decided to go for.

We went in not sure what we needed but mark was amazing, really spent the time with us so knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Will never shop anywhere now!

Brilliant product knowledge and advice, plus friendly sales personnel.

Shaun in the peel centre gloucester branch was great. He explained everything that we would need to know whilst choosing a bed, showing us comparisons and demonstrating various options. He left us to look around and think about what we needed, he was then available to finalise what we wanted and complete the transaction.

We were greeted by the team and quickly offered advice and assistance by Jay (Jason). We were offered coffee and given clear advice. Kids were entertained by Jay which meant it was much easier for us to make a decision. We felt that we were not give a herd sell and that we were encouraged to choose the best mattress for us. Jay also made it very clear that we can upgrade using your 40 night guarantee if we are not happy with the mattress. Payment was quick and efficient. Only small downside is that it would be nice to have delivery quicker, just used to ordering from Amazon Prime I guess.

Very helpful staff understanding our requirements

The sales assistant Jay was so knowledgeable. We thought we had read up on Tempur and knew our stuff but he helped us a lot in deciding what mattress to buy.

Having visited many different bed outlets on our search for a new mattress we chose Dreams, mainly due to their fantastic customer service. Shaun who looked after us took time to understand exactly what we needed, he was very patient and friendly with my energetic 5 year old daughter and my 7 year old son who is profoundly disabled. We will definitely return soon when we need to furnish our guest bedroom.
