I had a dream. That I would visit a mattress shop, not be shadowed and stared at while I lay on various beds for a while and that I would have discreet, courteous, informed and relaxed service. I also needed the mattress in a very tight timeframe and I got all of the above. But I got more. These days mattress design is so sophisticated, to the novice, it could get all too much too soon. Shaun allowed me to try mattresses 'freestyle', then find out exactly what my needs (and budget) were and allowed me to explain my current mattress situation and what I was looking for. Let's not forget we spend a good part of our lives in bed and so this is serious stuff! Shaun didn't mind when I mentioned I might pop next door to check out the mattresses there which felt liberating, no 'hard sell' and eventually I didn't go next door as I had found the mattress I wanted, at the right price and ready to be delivered within days. On top of that coffee, and the knowledge that I'm going to get an excellent night's sleep - especially with the comfort exchange and 8 year guarantee, did make for a dream experience. I bought my main mattress, a Tempur from Dreams a few years ago and will return!

Shaun was extremely knowledgeable about the products and explained fully the different options. He achieved a perfect balance of letting us look and being there when we needed to ask a question. We both enjoyed the shopping 'experience'

Michelle was very friendly and attentive, without being bothersome. She gave us a variety of pillows to try and showed us to various beds, explaining her thinking based on our needs.

The Service we received from Jay was outstanding, He had huge knowledge on all the different types of mattress's and was able to answer all our questions, he was a great salesman.
