Shaun was really helpful and thorough in explaining

We had been in the store the week before and were very impressed with Jays knowledge about the mattresses. We felt that he really 'knew his stuff' and genuinely wanted to help us make the right choice, he was very courteous and made us feel very comfortable talking with him. He just had a very nice manner which we appreciated. We visited other bed stores over the next week and the staff just didn't have the same level of knowledge about the product and didn't explain how we could make the best choice of mattress for our needs, as Jay did. So, we decided to call back into the store and again spoke with Jay who helped us with making our choice, we feel that we have received an outstanding service.

The assistant was very efficient and showed me just what I was looking or. I was in and out having placed an order in ten minutes and he interacted with my 4 year old. Great service all round. Hoping the delivery and collection will be just as efficient

As soon as we entered the store in Gloucester we were very impressed with the customer service. We were offered a drink and they made the experience enjoyable. They explained to us all about each product and made us feel at ease.

Very polite & knowledgable service,allowed to browse,coffee provided (very nice).a good selection of matresses to choose from.All in all very commendable thank you .

We were looked after by a member of staff names Shaun who couldn't help us enough (Gloucester branch). My husband and I have no idea about beds/mattresses and Shaun explained everything to us and was more than happy to answer our many questions! Shaun didn't push us in to a purchase at all and gave us time and space to discuss our decision without making us feel pressured. We actually went home and then decided to go back to the store to make the purchase and Shaun remembered us and even the bed, mattress, colours etc. of everything we discussed earlier on in the day! Overall it was a very positive experience!

Friendly and helpful colleague, excellent product knowledge. Not pushy on sales and advised thoroughly throughout our visit. And he made a great cup of coffee!
