Good customer service, pleasant and friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about their products.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived at the store. Shaun the store manager was very friendly but not at all pushy. We ended up spending a couple of hours deciding what we wanted, but he was perfect, there with the information when we needed it and aware when we wanted time to discuss things alone or look around. The whole experience was so nice!

When I entered the store I had no idea of what sort of mattress I wanted, the help I received was excellent.

Served by Shaun who was welcoming, polite, highly knowledgable about the differing types of matresses. He was not pushing but helped us realise what we were requiring. He made us coffee and was available to answer all our questions with hovering or putting us under pressure. He was exceelent.

Have been looking for a new matress for a long time. The assistant who served us was really friendly and humerous and we built up a raport very quickly. He was knowledgable, professional , curteous and didn't crowd us or pressure us. The store was clean, well laid our and organised, easy to find the products one was looking for too. It was nice to be able to take your time and to be offered coffee and refreshments too was a nice touch. Toilet facilities were also fresh, clean and nice to use. The store was easy to find and parking was easy and convienient too.

The salesperson was very knowledgable and very patient as i took my time to make sure that i got the right product, the price was good so i must say thank you for the good service i received

Sales assistant Shaun was both very knowledgeable about the products and gave excellent advice when needed. My usual experience with furniture stores is with very inexperienced individuals who's only advice is the price. However Shaun was very courteous and approached us to give advice when we looked utterly perplexed at all the options. buying these types of products usually takes days and yet we purchased this item within an hour of walking in the store and this is simply down to the Shaun the sales assistant (should be manager if he's not already). i would highly recommend this store to family and friends and advise them to seek out Shaun for excellent advice.

We were given a very friendly welcome by 'Jay' who asked our requirements, told us where to look and that he would be available for any questions we might have. From the layout of your products and colour coded system that is in place we soon found our mattress, paid for it and arranged a convenient delivery day. 'Welldone Dreams and thankyou Jay,

The assistant couldn't do enough for us, offered teas and coffees spent time explaining the different ranges and the colour system in the shop, we was given special pillows to take with us when trying the different beds, excellent service.
