Shaun, who served us, was polite, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as being sympathetic to our (very specific) needs. We could not have wished for a better salesman - he is a credit to your company.

Friendly quick service with a smile

I have suffered from the bed i sleep on, after explaining this to Shaun he was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to spend the time finding us the right bed and explain everything to us. i cant thank him enough. He was also very patient as we had our 4 year old in toe at the time who decided to hide under a bed with out us knowing frightening me half to death. Shaun did not think twice to help us look for her.

Shaun was very helpful, not pushy at all and obviously really knew his subject, so we ended up with a far better purchase.

Jay, the sales assistant, was very helpful ensuring he spoke directly to my son, who the mattress was for, about his needs and gave excellent advice. He gave us the space we needed to try the beds but always checked we knew he was available if we needed any further information.

Wonderful attentive service, the assistant showed understanding but also took time to explain different options. Valued having matress options described as well as the opportunity to try them out. Didnt feel like a shallow or cold sales pitch, felt it was a genuinnely helpful conversation and led to me buying a matress as well as a bed. Hugely grateful.
