Michelle was very helpful but not pushy and left us to it but just kept occasionally coming back to see if we needed anything else, we felt well informed but not pressured to buy.

Jay at the Gloucester store was very helpful and straight forward with us. He made us very comfortable and satisfied with our choice of bed and mattress.

Shaun who dealt with us was very good - Would recommend to others. In Glos store you do need another PC/ Terminal to take orders , this would help greatly.

Nice guy quality beds

The staff were very helpful and not over pushy which was really good. Much better than benson for beds who didn't leave us alone for second!
