Hi yes Shaun was very helpful very knowledgeable of the products, no pressure selling he just said take your time.

The sales assistan Shaun was incredibly helpful. He gave us a smiley welcome when we came in but was not at all pushy, just making it clear that he was around if we needed anything and happy to offer advice. He explained to us the colour coding system for the mattresses, which was very helpful and helped us to narrow down our search. When we approached him with questions he couldn't have been happier to help us to find the right product and really took his time in explaining the different options to us. I really feel that his help enabled us to make the right purchase - but didn't feel at all pressured. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely want to help us find the right thing for us rather than push the most expensive product in the range - for that reason I would definitely recommend the store. It was really refreshing to not be hounded by sales staff and to have someone like Shaun on hand to help.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the team of staff and told to ask if we wanted any help, then as we were browsing/making decisions about purchases we were offered a coffee which was a great gesture and tasty! Once we had decided on our bed Shaun came and gave us loads of help, answered all of our questions and gave us some great advice on pillows etc. As well as giving us a good deal. Genuinely very impressive all round! Which is great when you are spending a lot of money. We felt very well looked after!

Michelle was brilliant from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, understanding, efficient and professional. She fully understood my needs and made a huge effort to process the order and arrange for the products to be delivered in accordance with my needs. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. The store had a pleasant atmosphere and was clean and well-presented.

The store manager Shaun was very professional in in his approach. He gave us the info we needed to select which of the mattresses would suit our needs then gave us time choose.

We were well looked after and nothing to much trouble with out being pushy.

Shaun was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable of the products i was interested in. Nice coffee too.

The sales person took the time to listen to our requirements and although we had made a decision he recommended other products at comparable prices that we had not considered.

We were buying our first bed and mattress together so went in fairly blind. The staff helped us by telling us the best technique to test the mattress and gave us all the info on delivery, finance etc but there was no hard sell! It was just a really pleasant experience.

Shaun who was the assistant that came to help me was informative and funny. I was dreading the 'testing of the mattress' thing but he put me at ease and I was soon laid on a bed in full view of others and even turning this way and that (as if I was in bed at home) ...if someone had told me I would be doing that I would have laughed in their face as I am a woman on my own and don't like to draw attention to myself. I know he listened to what I was saying 'cos as I was leaving he made a comment about my baby sitting duties which we had brushed on while waiting for the order to go through. A very likeable man and an asset to Dreams.
