Dreams - Gloucester

Shaun was really attentive and knew exactly what we were looking for. We explained that our previous mattress was bought at Dreams 11 years ago and we wanted a like for like mattress. Shaun knew exactly what our existing mattress was and led us straight over to the new name for our mattress. Once we had lay on it and said we would buy it he made us a coffee and spent time going through the whole process.

The manager was very pleasant, cheerful, understanding and very knowledgeable of the beds. He did not pressurise me for a sale which is the ideal way to treat customers.

Michelle, the assistant who helped us was very comfortable in the information she gave us to our queries. She had just the right balance of not being too pushy in making a sale but also being readily available when we need to speak to her.

The sales assistant was very helpful and receptive. They did not force a sale on us and instead talked us through a variety of options whilst stating that the choice should be based on our comfort levels. They were very clear with the pricing options on a number of choices and we're able to help us narrowness down our search parameters based on our criteria.

Shaun was very welcoming and showed us the beds we were interested in, giving us time to come to our own decision. He was on hand if needed but not intrusive. He made us drinks and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He was patient, polite and attentive throughout our time in store and was happy to continue with our order after store closing time. A pleasure to do business with and Shaun was a major factor in our positive impression of Dreams.

She listened, took us to the area likely to suit our requirements, answered questions well and gave us additional information on the beds we were interested in.

We entered the store and commenced looking at beds. The only staff member who was already dealing with a customer excused him self from that customer and approached us and apologised that he was the only staff member at present and he was dealing with a customer and he would be with us ASAP. He was very polite and apologetic which we felt was not necessary as he was already busy with the other customer,but this did impress us. We looked around and then went next door to be sons beds, upon entering the store there were two staff members and no other customers. We walked around the store and we're not approached by either staff member. My wife commented to me how different to how we had been treated next door at dreams so left and returned where once again we were greeted by the very polite and cheerful staff member. As he had finished with the previous customers he then proceeded to assist us greatly in choosing the correct bed for us.
