Had what we wanted, with staff that were aware about the products

We had not visited a Dreams store before but as we needed a new mattress we decided to visit our local store in Gloucester to have a look. From the moment we entered the store we were impressed. We were greeted by James who showed us around. The store had excellent hygiene measures in place and we felt comfortable and safe. We had not made an appointment but James showed us around whilst we waited to go on the Sleep Machine to determine which types of mattress would suit us best. We saw the machine being disinfected between customers which was very reassuring during these Covid times. We were then shown a variety of mattresses which we were able to test and James explained the difference between the various types. We were not put under any pressure at all. We decided which mattress we would like but wanted to just think about it overnight. We returned the following day to put in the order. James was on leave and Shaun the Store Manager put this through and explained everything we needed to know. This was very efficient and again friendly and helpful. Delivery times were short. We would visit this store again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

Great help from the assistant

The specialist who help us was knowledgeable about the products, took time to understand our needs. He was available to help but also gave us time to browse. Price and quality of the product met our needs. Good, flexible delivery options. Excellent service in store exactly what we wanted and why we visit stores.
