I had a complicated bed spec requirement when I went in your shop. Your sales advisors got on the case quickly explaining bed and mattress set ups, this took sometime and never during that time was there any forceful selling. Yes we got our bed and your advisors were excellent.

We really could not fault anything about our experience in the Gloucester store. Our needs were discussed over a very welcome hot drink, the assistants were unbelievably hospitable, patient, friendly and knowledgeable and assisted in offering best value for money. Everything was explained and processed in a very proffessional and clear manner. It was one of the best experiences in shopping we have had the pleasure of experiencing in a long time. I had a problem with my initial online order. I contacted Customer Services on 15th Dec. I think the person dealing with my call was called Joanne Johnson. She was professional and friendly and seemed to go out of her way to assist. I felt that she genuinely wanted to help solve the query, unlike some other customer service departments I've dealt with! Joanne contacted my local store in Gloucester and set everything in motion for my order through them. i went to the Gloucester store the same day. I was seen by Michelle who knew all about what was needed and was very helpful in sorting everything out for me and placing the order. The bed has now been delivered and I am delighted with it. My only slight concern is that I was left with a huge amount of cardboard and packaging to dispose of. We had to borrow a friends car as it wouldn't all fit in ours! I wish there had been an option to have the packaging taken away. I would happily have paid a small amount to do this. The bed itself was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. All in all a great service from Dreams.
