The assistant, Shaun, seemed most knowledgable and it was my impression he wanted to sell us the best product for our needs and not the product that made the highest profit.

We didn't really know what mattress to have the store manager explained to us in great detail the difference between the mattresses. We given the opportunity to test them out. We found the staff very welcoming and friendly.

Without exception the staff were very helpful and professional, including Charline, who is a new member of staff. They explained the choice of mattresses but put us under no pressure to buy.

The overall experience was pleasant & easy. Our sales advisor Charline was very helpful, knowledgable & accomodating of our needs. Fantastic customer service.

Jay came over and asked if we needed help. We explained that my husband is having a back op and that we needed a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how our needs for a mattress needed to centre around me even though my back is fine. We were completely unaware of how our bodies comfort differed. His knowledge and lack of hard sell made it a pleasure buying g the bed.
