Store well laid out, expert assistance available. Despite the fact that the store was extreemely busy, the staff member dealing with us kept in touch, whilst keeping all the plates spinning.

Warm, genuine and friendly welcome as we stepped into the shop. Detailed, honest product advice. We were planning on looking in Benson's Beds after Dreams, but in the end decided not to bother because of the advice and help we received from Jay (Jason) and the products on show.

This is our third purchase from your company and the second time Jay has assisted us. He has a genial manner and is knowledgeable about Dreams stock. However, we did point out to him that our last Aquagel mattress did have a strong preservative odour for a couple of months after delivery. Other than this experience we have been highly satisfied with our past and recent Dreams service. Thank you.
