Dreams - Gloucester

We first visited Bensons for Beds next door they were unable to help u with a purchase. We told the manager we were going next door to Dreams he said that he did not think they would be able to offer us any other products but to ask for Shaun the manager. How wrong could he be Shaun was the perfect sales person,he spent a lot of time with us explaining the difference in quality and prices with no pressure and with a nice cup of tea. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

We were very happy with the initial welcome to the store, and the query as to what we were looking for. The assistant then talked through the various types of mattress and suggested we tried out the beds. The whole experience was much easier than we expected The offer of tea or coffee was much appreciated.

Shaun the assistant was very knowledgable about all products, helpful and friendly.

Shaun your salesman was most informative and NOT pushy at all. A most polite and helpful man you could ever wish to meet. His knowledge of your products was first class. He was on hand to answer all our questions when we needed him but left us alone to select the mattress that we required. Well done Shaun.

The knowledge and customer care was exceptional, Michelle assisted me and my wife and at no time did we feel under any sales pressure. Michelle has a natural calmness about her approach to a customer and this feel happy attitude is what i and my wife want when we go to spend a significant amount of money. I would certainly feel very comfortable in returning to the store to purchase another bed and accessories at some future stage. So a very big thumbs up to Michelle.

Excellent customer service from store manager Shaun. Didn't feel remotely pressured and he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Very personal, and genuine service. A rarity today, we feel. James in particular, but also Michelle and store manager, Shaun.

The young assistant Charline was so helpful without being "pushy". The layout of the store was comfortable and the colour coding of beds was extremely useful is making a choice.

We where pleasantly greeted by staff to explain the shop system, colour codes etc then left alone to make our choice. I approached them to make further enquiries and the staff where friendly and helpful at all times. I managed to negotiate a slightly lower price than advertised so overall was very happy with my purchase and the professionalism of the store and staff.

James the salesman, was very welcoming, and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable about all the products we wanted.it was a very pleasant experience
