We were given the information we required we out being presserized to buy. very pleasant staff member who knew his bussiness

The staff were friendly and took time to understand our needs they explained the different types of matress.They demonstrated the benefits of pocket sprung beds ,and we were able try them ourselves.

Store Manager very helpful and spoke to us about all the different types of mattress' that you sell. Told us that if we're not happy with our purchase within the first month we can change it, which we were not aware of(very good idea). overall very pleased with our trip to Dreams today. We even had a free Latte.

Prompt and courteous attention throughout the time I spent in the store. Goods displayed well and staff had good product knowledge. Easy to purchase exactly what I wanted.

We were greeted by Shaun who helped us throughout made us feel very welcome and had fantastic knowledge. We returned the following day to purchase our goods Shaun did not over push the sale when we decided to think the purchase over. My husband and myself both said what a fantastic service we had from a real nice guy who knows his stuff. Also while in the store we noticed what a fab team of staff there are. Fab bed bought with outstanding service. Thank you.

Michelle gave us just the right amount of assistance, not hassling us, but staying close to assist if necessary, and advising of all the products available.

Michelle attended to all of our needs and answered every question we had. Delivery date given was very quick.

Jay was very helpful and understanding. We did not feel fobbed off in anyway. He took his time and gave us as much information as we asked for. A credit to your company.

In the gloucester branch, James helped us he didn't hover around which was nice, he did come back around every know and again to make us try different beds to make sure we decided on the correct one. James said he had been there 7 weeks which was impressive. He was very friendly and helpful. Shaun then took the order in the computer, he was also very helpful and friendly. Even the other staff who didn't deal with us who were walking around were approachable and friendly. Very impressed! Made it much easier and enjoyable than we anticipated!!!
