Dreams - Gloucester

As I had a previous appointment I looked at what mattresses were for sale - with the great help of James the assistant, and then returned two hours later when James had all the paperwork ready.

The shop assistant was very welcoming and he showed a vast array of knowledge about all the various products available. He answered all of my queries without hesitation making my overall experience very satisfying.

The overall experience of the purchase was outstanding! This was probably one of the best sales experiences we have had. The salesman (Jason), was friendly, knowledgable, was not pushy in any way and was a pleasure to deal with. I would be more than happy to recommend Dreams to relatives and colleagues in the future. Salespersons should be taking a leaf out of this book!

Product was excellent, superior to what we have experienced before. Staff were very friendly and helpful with good knowledge. Didn't feel we were being preached to and had time and space to make a considered decision

The salesman, Jay took a huge amount of time to make sure I was comfortable on my new mattress and used his extensive knowledge to not only show me all the mattresses within my price range but explained how and why some were more comfortable than others. He explained about hip allignment and why previous mattresses and pillows had not been comfortable. He explained why the memory foam pillow I had bought from another Dreams store was not suitable for me and recommended an alternative. I was not planning on spending £85 on a new pillow!! But due to his recommendation on the smaller thinner pillow I felt so comfortable I just had to buy it! Jay was also very understanding of my son wanting to bounce on every bed, this put me at ease and allowed me time to make the right choice.

Buying the item was made easy!
