James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was there in the background if we needed help but didn't put any sales pressure on us. If that had happened we would have left the store. James is a credit to Dreams.

The all experience was stress free no hard pushing sale and everything was simple and easy.

Easy access to store with parking outside. Friendly staff. Alan who served was both welcoming and new the products well. Plenty of products on show. Left quite satisfied that I had made the correct products for my needs. Thank you.

The sales assistant (Louise at Gloucester) was very helpful, friendly and really look time to understand what I was looking for. She had extensive knowledge of the products and explained the merits of each in plain English.

We only popped in for a browse and the lovely Taku came over and offered us assistance. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and kind. We were blown away by his customer service. Thanks to him we found a mattress that suits our musculoskeletal needs

Very friendly greeting when came into store by a member of staff called Taku, he then assisted thru out our visit, he had good knowledge of products , he did not rush us , a very good service
