It was all down to the Bristol Store Manager Shaun. He was a delight to deal with. Even when the Barclay's payment programme crashed twice as we were processing the payment, he remained good humoured and found an alternative solution.

Welcomed by a pleasant knowledgable store assistant who helped us select what we required. Having spent the day searching in other stores it was a pleasant surprise.

The store assistant was highly professional he spent a great deal of time explaining the differences between the products but still gave us the space and time required to make the decision we wanted.

The salesman Jay did not pressurise me for a sale - he was simply clear in the merits of the different mattresses. Well done!

Very clean store. Super helpful workers, knowledgable and was able to cater to our needs. We bought some pillows and she knew exactly what we would like! Delivery is a week which is good for A bed frame! Just very very impressed

James was extremely helpful in finding exactly what we required.
