Was delighted with the service we received from Jay, who spent over an hour and a half with us enabling us to purchase the right mattress for our needs. Delivery of our mattress is not until the end of March so have not done the 40 night comfort as yet! Hopefully the mattress will be perfect for us and make our nights much more comfortable. Fingers crossed.

After bed shopping for several days in Cheltenham my husband and I thought we'd found our perfect bed at Bensons. However after our experience with unhelpful staff at their store we decided to visit your Gloucester store (we live near to Evesham). Sales Assistant Shaun was exceptionally helpful & professional. Shaun demonstrated the best pillows for our requirements & showed us various options to help us make the right decision on a new matress. After shopping in several bed shops over the last week the staff at your Gloucester store were a credit to Dreams. Professional / friendly / helpful.

James the assistant was extremely informative and helpful without being pushy

A salesman did not pounce on us the minute we walked into the store. After a few minutes he introduced himself and explained the colour coding of the beds. He then left us to try the beds by lying on them( the shop was very busy). We then said we were ready to order and he explained further the terms and conditions which we were happy with. A delivery date was arranged and we left the shop very pleased with our purchase.
