Efficient friendly service

The staff member, Jay, that dealt with us was very knowledgeable, but never pushy. We were welcome to take as long as we liked and test as many products as we chose before making our decision. Jay was always eager to answer any questions we had and also made us coffee in the process. A very enjoyable visit and a product we are very happy with.

The selection system was easy to understand the assistant James was patient helpful and not pushy .nothing was too much trouble .he seemed very knowledgeable considering he had only been there 10 weeks .he was very polite and friendly. There was a good choice of products through the budget range.

Jason had an excellent knowledge of the store's products. We explained what we were interested in and he quidkly made our search easier and quicker. We spent about an hour trying out mattresses and finally chose what we wanted. Jason explained everything about the products we had chosen including prices and gave us a choice of delivery dates.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff named Jay. The store was well presented and clean. We explained the issues we had had with an online retailer and their appalling service. We had been waiting over a week for our mattress to arrive and eventually gave up and cancelled the order and claimed a refund. We decided to bite the bullet and just go and buy a mattress knowing it would be significantly more expensive than the online order we'd made but a lot less hassle. Jay made us aware of some clearance items that the store had which weren't too far out of our price range and we're ready for us to take away there and then. He was so helpful and accommodating. We had such a good experience that we decided to buy some extra bedding too. After we'd payed, Jay and his colleague lifted the mattress on to the roof of my car for me to tie down. A friendly handshake and a goodbye later we were on our way home and we had the best nights sleep we'd had in ages. Thank very much to Jay for everything you did!
